PwC's Transaction Services practice helps companies and private equity funds analyze acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances, as well as access global capital markets. In each case, our primary objective is to ensure that our clients maximize the return on their operations. With over 400 specialists dedicated to Transaction Services in Spain, we offer a unique combination of financial, commercial, and operational knowledge for each transaction. Our sector specialists bring unparalleled knowledge as we guide our clients through the negotiation process. We work exclusively on operations, helping buyers and sellers to better prepare, close faster, and realize benefits sooner in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial transactions.
Main focuses of this position include: Financial due diligence projects, working for the buyer or seller, including private equity funds (some of the most prominent names globally) and international and national corporate clients. Critical review of the main business value drivers, both for the historical period and for financial projections. Use of Data & Analytics tools to focus efforts on delivering insights: our perspective on the main financial and business issues or positive aspects identified during the work. Support to our clients in defining and analyzing price adjustments.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Degree in Business Administration and Management / Economics or Engineering.
- Fluent level of English.
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in auditing, financial due diligence, corporate finance, or private equity.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge in data analysis will be a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Alteryx).
