Design and implement project management automation across the PMO using Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Automate for workflows, approvals, reminders, and reporting. Develop and maintain PMO dashboards and portfolio reporting using Power BI, ensuring visibility of project progress, risks, and milestones. Standardize SDLC templates, project structures, and governance frameworks within Planner, Project tools, SharePoint, and Teams.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institute/university, with Power Platform, Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft 365, or equivalent certification preferred. Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 + years of experience in PMO operations, project management systems, and process automation.
