PwC Consulting is seeking a skilled and experienced EPM Specialist to support the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of the OneStream and Tagetik platforms. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and team members across various geographies to implement solutions for financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimal system performance. This position is central to the firm's growth in
Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and
Finance Transformation solutions.
About the Team: PwC SEAC's Finance Transformation go-to-market team provides a combination of business and technology advice, from strategy to execution, to help solve our clients' most complex business challenges. The GTM supports clients in their Finance Transformations to build high-performing finance functions, freeing up time and resources from transactional work to focus on value-adding activities while maintaining an optimized control environment. Our focus areas include Finance Vision & Strategy, Finance Transformation, and Enterprise Performance Management.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
About You:
You are likely a technical professional with the following key attributes:
- A degree in Technology/Engineering or a Finance-related discipline from a reputable university.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in EPM financial systems consulting or a similar role.
- Demonstrated skills in managing projects and communicating effectively with clients and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- OneStream/Tagetik Design and Implementation for Financial Planning, Consolidation, Reporting, and Analytics:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into effective OneStream solutions.
- Implement and configure the OneStream platform to meet client-specific needs.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Document all processes, configurations, and user guides effectively.
- Training and Support:
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for OneStream/Tagetik solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing OneStream/Tagetik implementations through regular updates and improvements.
- Data Integration and Analysis:
- Ensure seamless integration with ERP and other financial systems.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Technical Skills:
- Proven expertise with OneStream/Tagetik Software (preferred) and/or Oracle Hyperion HFM, Essbase, Planning (including metadata configuration, rules scripting, data migration, reporting, and security).
- Experience with at least one end-to-end project implementation is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of VB/VB.NET.
- Good knowledge of ETL processes and transformation rules.
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
