Your team: Our Compliance Solutions department brings together nearly 300 employees specialized in accounting expertise, tax, and payroll outsourcing. Accounting expertise at PwC, more precisely, consists of 130 people, including more than 20% of qualified chartered accountants who co-construct tailor-made solutions thanks to a unique collaborative approach, a true hallmark of PwC. Our clientele consists of French and international groups wishing to outsource all or part of their accounting and tax processes. We offer them tailor-made support as well as continuous regulatory monitoring, to effectively meet their needs in an ever-changing context. Our teams offer innovative solutions developed jointly with their clients on accounting, tax, legal, and organizational issues. We intervene in a digital environment with our clients with a strong international dimension.
Your missions: As part of your missions, you will play a central role in client relationship management and mission organization, ensuring the planning and monitoring of your work on accounting expertise and tax compliance missions. You will actively contribute to business development by developing service proposals and strengthening support for your client portfolio. Our work environment encourages initiative, allowing you to evolve offerings and bring real added value to our clients. You will supervise and support teams, both in carrying out missions and in developing everyone's skills. You will be called upon to position yourself as a technical referent on the missions in your portfolio and able to interact with other PwC teams (Consulting, PwC Société d’Avocats) to provide a global offer of innovative services. In parallel, you will participate in the firm's development by participating in projects (training, process improvement, IT, etc.). The multidisciplinary nature of our network will help you optimize your consulting approach. We also ensure the development of your technical and managerial skills through a dedicated and evolving training path according to grade.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Hold a Bac+5 degree with a specialization in Accounting, Finance or Audit (DSCG, Master CCA, or Business School).
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar environment and proven experience in client relationship management.
• Solid experience in supervising teams.
• Ideally, experience working with a portfolio of clients in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, and ideally a second language (German or Chinese).
• Demonstrate rigor, curiosity, adaptability, and initiative.
