We are a 20-person team specializing in finance, financial and process controls, data analysis, and financial modeling. We constantly look for imperfections in our processes, organize or improve them, and then control them. We are also the main support for our business in data analysis, and our primary goal is to search for and alert in case of unexpected trends. To achieve this, we create reports based on various technologies and constantly need to develop in this area by participating in training. We are also present in the month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes. We are in constant contact with the business to better understand our company's finances. We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our team.
Your future role includes ongoing cooperation with the business, involving presenting current financial data along with deviations from budget and forecasts. Performing calculations, reporting, and monitoring trends. Continuously identifying risks and advising the business, reviewing processes, and then pointing out imperfections. Recommending solutions to improve processes or introducing new processes. Subsequently, leading or participating in implementing changes, ongoing analysis of financial and sales data. Identifying development opportunities, risks, and proposing necessary steps to take, teamwork. Ongoing participation in the development of younger team members, by setting goals, monitoring progress, providing feedback, participating in month-end closing, performance review, and reporting, active support for the Board in making decisions in the area of finance and control. Support in the execution of necessary changes related to adopted decisions, support for the business in undertaking new investments and creating business plans. Monitoring the effectiveness of these investments and participating in reporting results, leading transformation projects (processes, policies, data flow in systems, reporting, technology used).

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Have higher education in Finance or a similar field, or experience in finance.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, including at least 2 years in a financial controlling team.
  • Are comfortable in a dynamic environment, working under pressure, and multitasking.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a team.
  • Communicate fluently in Polish and English.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
  • Enjoy challenges and take a proactive approach to your duties.
Nice to have:
  • Knowledge or experience in using SQL, Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Alteryx.
