Eligibility / Qualification Required:

This includes crafting any learning programs for operators and team leaders, helping others to develop their skills as we also work to simplify the process and standardize the work. You will start on the 1 year long Junior Manager Program to become technicall expert focused on innovation, maintenance and optimization of production systems with the possibility of worldwide application As a part of your job you will participate on redesigning and development of manufacturing processes and systems You will monitor conditions of existing equipment and optimize its performance and maintenance requirements You will participate on planning and coordinating of projects with other team members ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with attention to safety and quality requirements.
