Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Your future role will involve:
- Collecting business, marketing, and technical requirements to create scalable solutions.
- Architecting platform configurations and its components.
- Planning data management and its flow to create advanced marketing automation solutions.
- Defining standards and processes that streamline marketing processes.
- Using technology to improve work quality.
- Defining integration points for marketing automation systems with other systems.
- Defining logical solution architecture and high-level physical architecture based on available infrastructure.
- Proactivity in identifying and solving data flow problems.
- Awareness of market solutions and trends (e.g., how marketing automation standards affect system performance requirements).
- Ability to apply new technologies and business practices in marketing automation projects.
- Ensuring the built solution complies with market standards.
- Establishing and validating details of business requirements and reflecting them in the solution architecture.
- Close cooperation with other project teams: CRM, data, integration.
Apply if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
- 3 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, Marketo, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign tools.
- Good knowledge of MarTech tools (personalization, optimization, CDP solutions).
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript technologies.
- Understanding of marketing campaign management processes in B2B and B2C areas.
- Ability to plan architecture for tailor-made solutions and integrations.
- Experience in leading an Adobe Experience Platform project aimed at building advanced automations and paths for marketing campaigns (project with an Adobe Marketing Automation team of 3+ people).
- Very good communication skills – ease of explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals (in Polish and English).
- Knowledge of new AI-based technologies and tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
- Good understanding of concepts: solution design and architecture creation; relational databases (SQL-based solutions); data management and ETL processes, web analytics.
