As part of a dynamic and international team focused on governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit within a digital landscape, you will work on meaningful client projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies including AI tools. Your expertise will be crucial in advising and supporting clients on improving their governance, risk and control environments in an increasingly digital and AI-enabled context. You will assist organizations in risk assessment, control modernization, enhancing internal audit activities, and optimizing technology integration into their risk management approaches. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of new internal tools, accelerators, and AI-enabled solutions designed to boost the efficiency, quality, and scalability of GRC and Internal Audit activities. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- A completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Information Management, Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, internal audit, external audit, risk management, internal control, compliance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with internal auditing, internal control frameworks, risk management and/or improving internal audit functions.
- A strong affinity with technology, digital transformation and/or AI.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

- Ability to combine analytical thinking with a practical mindset, effectively translating business, risk, and control challenges into clear, technology-enabled solutions.
- Capacity to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate seamlessly with colleagues and clients in an international environment.
- Ability to advise clients on the design, improvement, and review of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- Skill in supporting clients in using digital capabilities for risk management, including control automation, data-driven risk management, and continuous monitoring.
- Proficiency in helping clients implement new IT systems with controls by design, incorporating AI-related risk and governance considerations.
- Experience in performing and managing internal audits across operational and IT-related processes, including reporting to management and audit committees.
- A collaborative approach to work with multidisciplinary teams across risk, cyber, data, accounting, and technology to deliver end-to-end transformation.
