As a learning and development generalist at PwC, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organisation. The Transforming Client Communication (TCC) program seeks to build the business communication skills of PwC professionals in the Acceleration Centre (AC) offices to develop client-ready professionals.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 8 + years of experience in language teaching, creating and deploying learning solutions, or managing learning projects in blended learning environment ( F2F and Online).
- Masters’ degree/Certificate/ Diploma from a recognized university (Local/International) in English/English Language Learning (ELL)/English as a Second Language (ESL)/English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)/Linguistics.
- CELTA/TESOL certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including training, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with adult learning theory and instructional methods, especially with respect to language learning and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, meet project deadlines, and drive projects to completion with limited guidance and direction.
- Experience and ease in working with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to team and adapt to a diverse set of professionals on projects.
- Coach/Mentor junior team members.
- Excellent relationship management skills with clients.
