Eligibility / Qualification Required:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
General
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for cleaning services in office buildings, commercial properties, and other facilities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners to create a strong network and increase sales.
• Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations that meet client needs and outline the benefits of our services.
• Close deals and manage the contract signing and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
• Coordinate with operations and cleaning teams to ensure service schedules are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Monitor service quality and promptly address client feedback or complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Provide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and client retention to management.

Qualifications
• Experience working with office buildings, real estate companies, or property management firms is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software for effective pipeline management.
