Our “Digital for Customer” team supports players in the Retail, Consumer Market, and Luxury sectors in their
digital transformation, from strategy to implementation. We work on topics such as unified commerce (e-commerce, payment, points of sale, marketplaces, omnichannel and digital services), generative and agentic AI, online/offline marketing, omnichannel customer relationship, customer service, and after-sales. We ensure alignment between business and IT visions to propose the most adapted technological solutions.
Your missions include:- Redesign of the e-commerce activity of a distribution player (business plan, functional and application framing of new omnichannel services, project management to ensure consistency between business needs and technological solutions to be implemented)
- Creation of an AI chatbot to optimize the efficiency of store salespeople for a Luxury player (analysis of in-store workflows, prioritization of highest value uses, unified access to product knowledge and retail rules, IT integration, change management)
- Transition of a Luxury player to the digital and omnichannel world (functional and application mapping, understanding of the IT ecosystem to redesign the point-of-sale information system, customer service, and e-commerce platform)
- Deployment of new payment experiences at retailers (market study, analysis of different technological solutions, project framing and management)
- Scaling up the marketplace activity of a Retail player specializing in ready-to-wear and home decoration (customer promise, operational model, IT architecture, IT platform, choice of technological solution)
- Deployment of a marketing automation solution at a Mass Market Retailer
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Graduate of an engineering or business school, or university degree
- 6 years or more of experience in digital transformation in Retail, Consumer market, or Luxury
- Good mastery of issues around AI and its use as a lever for transformation; ability to use AI daily
- At least 1 successful consulting experience
- Technological skills: understanding of IT ecosystems and functional and applicative architectures
- Analytical, synthetic, creative skills, ability to step back, oral impact, team spirit
- Appetite for team management
- Mastery of program management (governance definition, strategic roadmap, budget monitoring, team coordination, etc.)
- Comfortable in demanding, complex, and innovative environments
- Desire to make a difference and have an impact internally, with teams, and with clients
- Sensitivity to client relationship management and willingness to integrate a commercial dynamic
- Proficiency in French and English
