Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Qualification: Minimum Second Division Graduation from any HEC recognized university.
• Six (06) months certificate course in MS Office from an institute recognized by Sindh Board of Technical Education/Trade Testing Board.
• Age Limit: 18-28 years. The age limit for applicants is as per Sindh Civil Services (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, notified on October 16, 2024, or as per the notification SO-II(S&GACD)/2011(Part-II) 564 / dated December 2, 2025, issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department, for in-service candidates, where age will be calculated as of 12.05.2025.
• Candidates must have passed the general screening test of the IBPS Testing Services (IBPS) with at least 40% marks in the required gradation category and possess the relevant BPS certificate for appointment to the mentioned posts.
• Candidates already in government service must obtain an NOC from their department before applying.

General Conditions:

• Government appointments will be made in accordance with the laws/rules/policies of the Government of Sindh.
• Appointments will be made according to the policy notified by the Government of Sindh on 26.04.2023 and the Sindh Civil Services Act, 1973, and its rules, which may be amended from time to time.
• Applicants will be called for an interview before the Departmental Selection Committee, along with the SS Department, according to the schedule uploaded on the Sindh Job Portal.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the interview/test.
