What you will participate in and lead:
- (1) Plan and execute impactful campus recruitment projects
- Plan and execute annual campus recruitment plans, including campus information sessions, large-scale interview events, signing ceremonies, and subsequent follow-ups.
- Participate throughout the process from initial planning to event execution, continuously reviewing and optimizing recruitment methods and effectiveness.
- (2) Manage campus relationships and build stable, long-term partnerships
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with universities, career centers, and key partners.
- Plan and execute diverse campus cooperation recruitment activities to enhance the willingness of target schools to recommend and students' participation.
- (3) Strengthen PwC's campus employer brand and candidate experience
- Plan and execute campus employer branding activities to help students gain a clearer understanding and vision of career development at PwC.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously optimize recruitment event content and candidate experience, improving overall recruitment quality.
- (4) Optimize recruitment processes and system operations
- Participate in Workday recruitment system and process optimization to improve recruitment efficiency and data quality.
- Ensure an appropriate balance between flexible operations and governance requirements in the recruitment process.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 2+ years of recruitment-related experience, familiar with the complete recruitment process (campus recruitment or mass recruitment experience is a plus).
- Ability to conduct interviews independently and expand talent pipelines, possessing professional judgment and proactiveness in recruitment work.
- Meticulous, responsible, and highly committed to quality of results and continuous improvement.
- Enjoys interacting with people and can build good cooperative relationships with students, schools, and internal partners.
- Recognizes the long-term value of campus recruitment in the firm's talent strategy.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining stable quality amidst busy schedules.
Bonus:
- Experience in planning and executing large-scale events.
- Familiar with or has used HR systems like Workday.
- Good English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a plus).
