  02-03 years as Technologist within Hematology

Job Description:

1. Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze laboratory findings, including hematological analysis of blood and body fluids (CSF and special hematology tests).
• Calibrate and operate all instruments in the Hematology Lab.
• Run quality controls on a daily basis, review LJ plots, run EQA, and interpret results.
• Inform all abnormal results to the concerned doctor/consultant/staff and ensure proper storage of such samples.
• Issue reports, reject or repeat tests as required based on SOPs.
• Perform daily consumption of inventory and maintain stock of kits, consumables, and data.
• Conduct weekly/monthly maintenance of analyzers and coordinate with suppliers’ Biomedical Engineers in case of errors.
