Responsible for providing NetSuite ERP solution implementation, optimization, and support to clients to improve business operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and processes, and recommend suitable NetSuite solutions. Responsible for the design, configuration, and implementation of the NetSuite system. Provide daily support and maintenance for the system, solving problems encountered by clients during use. Assist with user training to help clients better utilize the NetSuite system. Maintain good communication with internal teams and clients to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Continuously research and understand the latest features and updates of NetSuite, and provide corresponding recommendations to clients.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Business Management or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years of NetSuite implementation or support work experience.
- Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively manage multiple projects.
- Possess good communication skills and customer service attitude.
- NetSuite certified individuals are preferred.
