PwC Polska's Energy & Renewables team consists of experts and enthusiasts in the energy sector, primarily focusing on renewable energy sources. In our team, you will work on the most significant events in the sector, with example projects including: transactional advisory for the sale of a photovoltaic project portfolio, transactional advisory for the sale of an OZE developer, advisory on concluding Corporate PPA agreements, transactional advisory regarding companies in the prosumer energy market, advisory on the sale of early-stage wind farms (co-development), advisory on hydrogen installations and supplying them with renewable energy, strategic advisory on entering the electro-mobility segment. We are looking for a Senior Consultant | Energy Renewables to join our team. Your future role involves: active participation in negotiations of green electricity agreements, e.g., cPPAs (long-term, complex contracts), responsibility for selected streams in creating a green energy procurement portfolio strategy for large consumers, managing small teams of consultants/analysts; presenting parts of project work to clients, responsibility for selected streams in creating market entry strategies and development strategies, e.g., energy storage, electromobility, supporting responsibility for selected streams of M&A processes, numerical analyses concerning the sector, including feasibility studies, business plans (e.g., long-term electricity price forecasts in PL, profitability analysis of business cases), work will primarily concern renewable sources but also energy storage, hydrogen, conventional energy, electricity sales and trading, analytical work on diverse sector-related projects.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- At least 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or the power sector (cPPAs, M&A, renewable energy).
- Desire to develop your knowledge in the power sector.
- Analytical skills allowing you to identify and solve problems.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Highly developed analytical and communication skills, with full commitment to your tasks.
- Sector-specific knowledge is welcome but not absolutely necessary.
