PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Building and Security Officer (m/f/d). What if it was you?
Your mission: As our future Building and Security Officer, you will work with our Building Security Manager and our Team to the development of the security management system. You will participate in training and raising staff awareness of security. Because you have a good knowledge of security systems you will deal with different security projects to improve the level of security and service. You will also monitor and keep up to date the security system and perform regular reporting.
Be a part of our team where you will:
- Develop, maintain security management system;
- Manage physical access control;
- Update procedures and plans regularly;
- Put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and resilience of the firm;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations;
- Manage and monitor physical security facilities;
- Participate in new infrastructure project.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or a related field;
- Have 3–5 years of experience in security and business continuity;
- Possess a “Travailleur désigné” certificate (considered a plus);
- Have a solid understanding of building security principles;
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to propose effective solutions to business constraints;
- Have strong communication skills that allow you to successfully manage cross-functional projects;
- Are fluent in French and English.
