Eligibility / Qualification Required:
What You’ll Be Doing- Lead the month-end and quarter-end revenue close process, including contract review, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Partner closely with Sales, Legal, and Finance teams to review contracts and ensure proper revenue treatment for complex arrangements.
- Maintain and continuously enhance revenue recognition policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a scalable, pre-IPO–ready environment.
- Oversee deferred revenue and accounts receivable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of balance sheet and P&L results.
- Collaborate with FP&A and Sales Operations to provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts and analyses.
- Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations to streamline revenue workflows.
- Support external audit requirements and manage PBC requests related to revenue and receivables.
- Support the operational processes for new SKU creation, new product launches, pricing models, and business initiatives.
What You Bring Along- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years focused on revenue accounting in a SaaS or technology company.
- CPA required; Big Four public accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience with revenue automation tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Zuora, or Salesforce CPQ).
- Proven track record managing the revenue close process in a global, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
- Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present financial insights clearly.
- Experience in designing and maintaining internal controls and documentation to support audit readiness and SOX compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
The typical starting salary for this role in the US is
$150,000—$180,000 USD
The typical starting salary for this role in US Premium Markets is
$165,000—$210,000 USD

United States, t he typical starting salary range for this position is listed above. In certain locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and the New York City Metro Area, a premium market range may apply, as listed.
