About the Role: Liaise with Central Finance and prepare monthly management reports as per Singapore Reporting Standards. Assist in production and analyzing of financial reports, compiled from various cross territories for Global Reporting and operational purposes. Work with Central Finance, to Initiate and assist in seeking signature approvals for cheque payments. Liaising with the Tax Team on Corporate, GST and Commercial Tax submission for local and foreign subsidiaries on monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly basis. Seeking approval and ensuring filings in compliance with the filing due date. Responsible for providing information and reviewing reports prepared by the Transfer Pricing Team to ensure accuracy. Initiate and liaise with Corporate Secretary for Board resolutions or fulfillment of corporate statutory requirement. Coordinate and liaise with auditors for year end audit. Coordinate with bank representatives on the maintenance of bank users database for the Group and seeking signature approval for user maintenance form. Assist with other financial projects as assigned. Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/…), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal. Other Ad Hoc duties when assigned.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• A Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
• Minimum 3 - 5 years and above of relevant work experience
• Good working knowledge of local accounting requirements, Financial Reporting Standards in Singapore (FRSs) is a MUST
• Basic knowledge in consolidation, tax rules and regulations is preferred
• Analytical & meticulous
• Well-versed in MS Office, especially Excel, including working with pivot tables, HLOOKUPS, VLOOKUPS
• Able to multi task, including the ability to manage several competing priorities at the same time
• Knowledge and skills in performing financial analysis is a plus
• Ability to communicate with various territories and level of personnel in writing and verbal format
• Energetic and self-motivated, and the ability to work independently yet achieve set goals and targets within deadlines
• Must be willing to work in Makati City, hybrid setup.
