Description:

Associate Relationship Manager

Eligibility

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Preferably MBA/Masters with specialization in Finance & Accounting from an HEC recognized institute/University or ACCA. Qualification in Islamic Banking will be preferred.

Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Corporate/Commercial Banking

Skills Required:
• Financial Analysis
• Marketing & Client Engagement
• Strong Communication
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
• Preparing detailed financing proposals for existing and new clients, including transaction background, rationale, financial projections, industry evaluation, and risk analysis
• Coordinating with internal departments and clients to ensure seamless daily account operations
• Assisting in business development initiatives with guidance from the Relationship Manager (RM) and Team Lead (TL)
• Supporting the processing, maintaining, and monitoring of credit portfolios under supervision
• Conducting periodic customer visits and inspections for account monitoring and relationship management

• Corporate (North) - Corporate, Commercial & Investment Banking Group

Location:
• Islamabad
