About the Client:
A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing portfolio of elegance and trends in women's fashion.
Job Description:
1. Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
2. Manage design process from conception through to final styling
3. Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
4. Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
1. Arabic-speaking candidates are welcome, with preference given to Lebanese applicants
2. Portfolio must show expertise in designing a Fashion collection from planning to execution.
3. Minimum of 10 years experience as Head of Fashion within GCC
4. Must have a background with well-known premium ready-to-wear and contemporary fashion brands.
Salary:
USD 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
